Garlic Butter Prawns with Feta

A very quick and easy prawn dish packed full of flavour that goes great with zoodles.

Ingredients

  • 800 g raw shelled prawns
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cubes garlic paste or 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ a lemon, the juice
  • 200 g feta, crumbled
  • 4 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a frying pan over high heat, add onion and garlic, sauté until softened and onion is just starting to colour. Add prawns and mix well.
  • Cook, stirring frequently until prawns are cooked through. Add lemon juice and stir through near the end. Add feta and parsley and stir through.
  • Serve on its own or with your favourite pasta replacement such as zoodles, shredded cabbage, spinach or konjac noodles.
