Instructions

  • Place chops in a container or bowl. Mix together all other ingredients and add to chops. Toss so chops are well covered with marinade. Place in the fridge and marinate overnight.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Fry chops on both sides until nicely browned and cooked to your liking. Serve with Greek Salad.
