Lemon Butter Chicken
A quick and easy chicken recipe made with a lemon butter sauce.

- 8 chicken thigh fillets
- 200 g butter
- 1 lemon, the juice
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 cup thickened cream/heavy whipping cream
- salt
- pepper
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Heat and melt butter in large frying pan and fry chicken thighs. Remove and set aside.
Add lemon juice, parsley and cream. Whisk until well combined. Season salt and pepper. Add back chicken and turn to coat. Serve.
