KFC Keto Fried Chicken

An incredibly easy to make chicken that is baked instead of fried but tastes just like real fried chicken.

  • Whisk egg and tamari soy sauce in large bowl and add chicken. Toss to coat with egg mixture. In a second large bowl or a large zip lock bag add remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined. Add chicken and toss to coat with coconut flour mix.
  • Place chicken on lined baking trays and spray generously with olive oil. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Turn and spray with more olive oil. Bake another 20-30 minutes. Serve.
