Lay your salami in a single layer on the rack of your air fryer. Turn it up full (230C on mine) and cook for 3-5 minutes until coloured and crisping.
Set aside and cool completely so the salami chips can crisp up more. Repeat with any remaining salami. Pair with your favourite cheese or dip.
Cooking times will vary depending on the brand of air fryer and how cold and thin the salami is. If you’re using it straight from the fridge you may find the first batch might take a minute longer than the last batch which will warm up while you’re cooking the first lot. Watch them carefully to make sure you get the times right and they don’t burn!
I also found that if you eat the salami chips while they’re even slightly warm, they can taste quite oily. Make sure to let them cool down completely before eating to get the best taste.
