Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thigh fillets
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 lemon, the juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 cup thickened cream/heavy whipping cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Heat and melt butter in large frying pan and fry chicken thighs. Remove and set aside.
  • Add lemon juice, parsley and cream. Whisk until well combined. Season salt and pepper. Add back chicken and turn to coat. Serve.
