Although I haven’t shared this with my friends and followers, my son had been a little bit out of control lately and no-one had any idea why or what to do. I had really been at my wits end when he finally revealed that he had been feeling upset and left out because I had been working so hard on my cookbook and hadn’t had any time for him.
My brilliant friend Tricia Martin from www.takingbackyouself.com suggested helping him feel more included by creating a part of the blog where he could contribute himself by either writing a little something or making a video. So here it is, a little segment we’ve called Keto Kids with Caleb!
At the moment this is more for Caleb than anything else, but if we get a good response and interest to these sort of things, then who knows, we may make it a permanent thing on the blog. We’re definitely going to try and do something regularly like this to make Caleb feel more included and to be honest, I really enjoyed doing something for the blog that included someone else and not just me, it’s nice to talk keto with someone and discuss your recipes and what you’re both doing!
Please comment and let us know what you think guys, we’d love to have your feedback and to know if you’d like to see more of these, topics you’d like covered and to hear on and segments for kids that you’d like to see talked about!

Good content. Good discussion. Nikki guides the discussion very well and Caleb contributes very good information. Keto for Kids is an awesome idea!
