Ingredients

  • 340 g tinned crab meat
  • 2 tbsp homemade mayo
  • ½ cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 limes, the juice
  • 2 cubes garlic paste or 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 shallots/spring onions/scallions, finely sliced
  • 3 Thai red chillies, 2 deseeded, finely sliced

Instructions

  • Drain crab meat and combine with all other ingredients, mix well.
