  • Combine tamari, wine, stevia and sweetener in a small pot, stir to dissolve the sweetener. Bring to the boil then simmer until reduced and thickened.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers. Place under the grill and brush well with the marinade. Keep occasionally turning and basting the chicken with the marinade until cooked and nicely coloured.
