Chilli Asian Broccoli

A really simple side with Asian flavours that can be paired with whichever protein you like.

Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli, divided into florets and stems chopped
  • 2 red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 cubes garlic paste or 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup tamari soy sauce sub with coconut aminos for paleo or soy free

Instructions

  • Heat coconut oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and chilli and fry for one minute. Add broccoli and stir-fry about 5 minutes. Add ¼ cup tamari and stir fry another few minutes. Plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
