Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except cauliflower. Place cauliflower on lined baking trays and spread over tray. Brush with marinade and toss cauliflower to coat.
  • Roast 10 minutes at 200C. Toss cauliflower again and roast another 10 minutes.
