A keto friendly caramel flavoured buttercream perfect for frosting cakes and cupcakes.

Instructions

  • Place softened butter in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until pale and creamy. Add your almond milk and mix again. Add and mix in your caramel sweet drops. Add and mix in your powdered sweetener or icing mix, a teaspoon at a time.
  • Use in place of regular buttercream in any recipe you like, such as my White Cupcakes!
