Instructions

  • Combine ham, cheese, cream cheese, mushrooms and oregano. Mix well.
  • Make Fathead according to recipe adding garlic powder and salt.
  • Cut into 4 equal pieces and roll out into circles. Divide ham and cheese mix between circles, placing on one half. Fold over, crimp and seal the edges.
  • Place on lined baking trays and spray with olive oil. Bake at 180C for approximately 15 minutes or until golden and browned.
